This service covers the following items:

1. Removal of toner dust, paper debris and other harmful particles from the fusing assembly.

2. Check the fusing assembly gears and, if necessary, replace defective gears.

3. Replace and clean the machine filters. This helps keep not only the machine clean, but your workplace as well.

4. Inspection, cleaning, and if needed, replacement of the separation pads and rollers.

5. Inspection and cleaning of the pick-up roller surface.

6. The beam-to-drum optical path is critical to image quality. We inspect and clean it as needed.

7. Your machines registration rollers can become coated with a film of debris over time, usually causing paper jams. We inspect and clean them thoroughly.

8. Exit rollers are inspected and cleaned. If they can not be restored, they are replaced at an additional expense.

9. The fan assembly is cleaned and lubricated.

10. We inspect and tighten or replace screws and also check the grounding straps, tightening them as necessary. Loose ground straps can produce a myriad of failures.

Our inspection and testing will pinpoint parts in need of repair or replacement. We'll advise you and proceed with the repair or replacement at your direction. On site service is charged at $69.95 per hour. Service in our shop is charged at $49.95 per hour.
